As of July 22, 2023, PAL inform you that the entry regulations related to COVID-19 have been relaxed in accordance with Philippine government regulations.

Upon arrival, the submission of the vaccination certificate document and the COVID-19 test is not required.

-Confirmed ticket departing from Philippines within 30 days (Filipino spouses and children, etc. who are applying Balikbayan and entering the country with a Filipino family are excluded)
