Before entry or departure, please print the electronic ticket and present it to the counter with your passport.

All passengers must check in at least 1 hours before the departure time indicated on the boarding pass.

If the passenger does not arrive at the airport during the operating hours of the check-in counter or checks in but is not present at the gate, the seat may be cancelled automatically.

Philippine Airlines will not be held responsible for damages from which the passenger may suffer due to the violation of the above.

The Warsaw Pact limits the responsibility of the airline for the death or injury of passenger or loss or damage of freight in the event that the passenger’s travel routes include the final destination or stopover in a country other than the country of departure.
